Overview
Daramu House is a newly constructed mixed-use development offering 78,103 sqft of office space. Daramu House, which means “tree house” in the aboriginal Sydney Language, is a world leader in sustainability with renewable energy generation, a growing green roof, bee sanctuaries, recycled materials and is a store for over 5000t of carbon. Located on the harbour front, the Barangaroo South district will become home to around 1,800 residents and 23,000 office workers and, with more than 50% of the precinct open public space and 100% of the foreshore to be fully accessible to pedestrians and cyclists, it is expected to attract some 18 million visits per year.
